1. BEFORE YOUR YOUR OXYGENHEAL BATH:
NOTE: A mineral bathe like Bathetherapy or salts may be added to your Oxygenheal Treatment if you so desire. Any thermometer maybe used to set the temperature of your bath water, starting with 100 degrees then gradually working up to hotter water to better the benefits. Pouring in one to two quarts of Oxygenheal or 1 to 2 cups of Super Oxygenheal and mixing it around starts your 30 minute Oxygen absorption time. Getting out before the 30 minutes will result in a loss of valuable Oxygen Thearpy.

2. MAXIMUM SUBMERSION: While the tub is filling increase the hot water to 100 degrees, do not add "OxygenHeal" until you have tested the water level by submerging as much of your body (but not your head) as you can and you should bring the water level right up to the Overflow.

3.HOW MUCH "OXYGENHEAL" TO ADD: When the water level has reached the point mentioned above then add a minimum of one quart and up to 2 quarts of OxygenHeal or 1 to 2 cups of Super OxygenHeal and soak for a full 30 minutes.

4. HOW TO ENJOY YOUR "OxygenHeal" BATH EVEN MORE:
